The Skeleton King.

Assalamualaikum and hello again, mates!
First of all, sorry for not posting ANYTHING for a long time.. I've been a little bit busy with my studies and all, and I haven't got time to write anything at that moment.

Now that it's the semester break, so I guess I could write a few Dota 2 guides for y'all out there!

Okay. Now I'm gonna give you a few guides on how to use the Skeleton King.

I don't use him too much in-game and I had to make a few runs a couple of days ago. So here it is. My guide.

When the game starts, you might wanna start by adding his first skill, Hellfire Blast and for the items, take a few Tangos, Clarity Potion, a Mantle of Intelligence, and a Gauntlet of Strength. Why the Mantle you ask? Because.... the Hellfire Blast consumes A LOT of mana and in that case, the mantle and the Clarity Potion could help you a bit in the early game.

Try to avoid any early gank because he's tooooo slow and the Hellfire Blast doesn't do too many damage on level 1. Get perfect last hits and deny some creeps if you could and when you reach level 3, you should have +2 on Hellfire Blast and +1 on his third skill, Mortal Strike.

Stack up some cash and the Boots of Speed and Gloves of Haste. Get some more money and finish up the Power Threads (Strength).

Now you're ready to gank the enemy. The combo for this skinny old dude is very simple. You pretty much have to rely on his critical hits and his attack speed. Just simply stun the target with Hellfire Blast, suck the HP out of 'em using the Mortal Strike and hit 'em with all you got! Skeleton King is pretty to use. You can be a carry or a tank, it's up to you but DEFINITELY not a supporter.

Farm up anywhere you can and as always, play safe. Spare a few Town Portal Scroll if you wanna push any lane.

By level 6, you should have +3 on Hellfire Blast, +2 on Mortal Strike and of course, the ulti, Reincarnation. About the ulti, it would be really nice if you have Aegis on you. I'm not pretty sure if the ulti stacks with the Aegis or not.

Keep on playing safe in the early game and gank with your teammates if you can. Save up your money and buy every part of this item according to your situation in game, the Armlet of Mordiggian!

This thing is REALLY useful. And if you're rich enough, get a Hyperstone. Having these items in your possession + your second skill, Vampiric Aura, you won't feel this thing sucking your HP so much. As a matter in fact, you will be sucking the targets HP much faster.

*Don't worry about the skill builds. I'll put on the screen shot later in this post.

Now that you have the Power Threads, Armlet of Mordiggian and Hyperstone, push any lane a lil' bit or farm up for some gold and buy the Black King Bar. This item is very useful, doesn't matter if you're a tanker or a carry, just make sure you have this thing before the match gets worse later on.

You COULD just go and pwn your enemies alone with these items in hand but I wouldn't recommend it. Just stick together with your teammates. That's much better and safer. Combo your skills with them and you're sure to win the game, mates.

Whenever you're rich enough for some hardcore-shopping, buy all the recipe needed along with the Hyperstone that you bought earlier and finish up the Assault Cuirass!

Wohohoho.... They're in deep, deep trouble now... But not just yet. Wanna be a harder tank? Wanna stay alive longer in the battlefield? Of course you need this thing I'm about to tell you. It's very important that every hard tank, carry or support to have this thing. Make a guess.

The Heart of Tarrasque

Who wouldn't buy this thing, right? With the stat+ of +300 HP and +40 STR, your HP would be so damn high!

At this point, you're probably almost or already at the end of the game, so for the 6th item, I would recommend you to buy an item to add more damage to your hits. Buy anything you think appropriate for this old bone. For me, I would buy either the Battle Fury or the Desolator or maybe the Daedalus. I don't remember whether the critical would stack or not with the Daedalus.....

So I guess that's about it. My guide on the Skeleton King a.k.a SK. Feel free to comment your thoughts on whatever I post about. I'm sorry if I did something wrong somewhere while using SK but it a pretty good game when I played with this item builds and skill build.

And here's the skill build that I told you about.

The Lycanthrope, Banehallow.

Assalamualaikum and hello again, mates!

Like I said in the last post, I'm a bit busy with studies and all. Now I got a little time off from it and decided to post another Dota 2 guide.
Today I'm gonna give a guide on the Lycanthrope!

The Lycan never go into a fight alone. He always move in a pack with other two wolves by his side, packing INSANE critical hits! And if you let him farm long enough, he's gonna be one hell of a killer and pusher even without his packs!

Okay. Here we go!

In the early game, add up the 1st skill, Summon Wolves, get a Sage's Mask (or in Warcraft III Dota, Sobi Mask) and a Quelling Blade. If you have some money left, just buy some Clarity Potion and some Tango. That should help you jungling around the map. Like always, PLAY SAFE. Try avoiding too many clash with your enemy. Just stay as hidden as you can. If your teammate wanna gank, go with it 'cause this dude is freaking great for ganking.

Once you've got enough EXP and money, add your 3rd skill, the Feral Impulse. Remember, max up your 1st and 3rd skill first, and when you're at level 6, don't you EVER forget about your ulti. It's very fuckin' useful!

Almost forgot. Here's a quick look at all of his skills.

Summon Wolves
Summons two wolves to fight for Lycanthrope. Level 2-4 wolves have Critical Strike, and level 4 wolves have permanent invisibility.

Base Attack Time: 1.25 / 1.2 / 1.15 / 1.1
Damage: 18 / 29 / 37 / 46
HP: 200 / 240 / 280 / 320

Howl
Grants bonus damage to Lycanthrope, all allied heroes and all units under their control.
 DURATION: 12 / 12 / 12 / 12
HERO BONUS DAMAGE: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50
MINION BONUS DAMAGE: 4 / 8 / 12 / 16

 Feral Impulse
Increases the damage and attack speed of Lycanthrope and all units under his control.
RADIUS: 900 / 900 / 900 / 900
BONUS ATTACK SPEED: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30
BONUS DAMAGE: 15% / 20% / 25% / 30%

Shapeshift
Lycanthrope assumes his true form, increasing his combat capabilities. During Shapeshift, Lycanthrope and all units under his control move at maximum speed and cannot be slowed.
DURATION: 18 / 18 / 18
BASE ATTACK TIME: 1.5 / 1.5 / 1.5
CRITICAL CHANCE: 30% / 30% / 30%
CRITICAL DAMAGE: 170% / 170% / 170%
BONUS HP: 100 / 200 / 300
BONUS NIGHT VISION: 1000
BONUS ARMOR: 1

There you go! A bit of description on his skills and don't worry, I'll give you the skill guide later. Focus on getting some money with jungling and finish the Power Threads and Ring of Basillius. Okay here's the thing.

Whenever you have only these two items together with your ulti, the ShapeShift, you can kill almost any enemy in the game without ganking them! Chase them endlessly! Haunt them with the might of the Lycan!

Feed your hunger, kill MORE enemy heroes and creeps, get loadssss of cash! After you finished the Power Thread, change your focus on completing the Vladimir's Offering. Now that you already the Ring of Basillius, buy the Morbid Mask or in Warcraft III Dota, Mask Of Death. Get that thing. The lifesteal is very useful for your fight. Just imagine. The insane attack speed of his ulti + lifesteal, sounds really damn good to me.

     Morbid Mask     Vladimir's Offering

After that, you can just finish the Vladimir's Offering once you have sufficient money to do so.

Okay. From here, you can choose either you want some more damage or you want some immobilize items. If you choose to add more damage, just go on and buy the Perseverance, the Claymore and the Broadsword. I'm pretty sure you know what item I'm talking about and..........

Yes, the BATTLE FURY!

And if you want to hit some stun on 'em first, just go ahead and farm up some money for the Skull Basher.

Skull Basher

*No matter which item you wanna buy first, you still gonna need these two heavy stuff.

For the other two slots, you can buy anything that you see fit for the Lycan. Personally, I would buy the Assault Cuirass and the Daedalus for some extra attack speed and critical hits or maybe a Black King Bar would be nice for not getting stunned when chasing your prey.

Assault Cuirass         Daedalus           Black King Bar

Done buying all the stuff? Now go out there and haunt 'em all! A late game and good jungling is the key for the Lycan and his pack to own the game.

And again, here's the skill build I always promised to give to ya!

So, that's how I play Dota 2 using the Lycanthrope, Banehallow!

Thanks a lot for coming by and again, see you in the next post! Probably in a few weeks or a month.....
And in the meantime, check out my other Dota 2 hero guides!

Nyx Assassin/Nerubian Assassin Guide

Asslamualaikum and hello again, mates! I've been a bit busy for the time being. Sorry for that.

Okay. Now I'm gonna share MY own item and skill build of the Nyx Assassin!

You guys should who this big bug is and for those who still don't know who this is, get your ass to play some Dota, NOWHere's the deal. I never buy agility items for this swift assassin. NEVER. All I bought was just intelligence items for nuking and for some mana.

Before starting the game, just buy these little things: a couple of Mantle of Intelligence or if you want some HP, 1 Mantle and 1 Gauntlet of Strength, a couple of Tango (you know what I mean), and finish your money with some Clarity Potion or maybe some Ironwood Branch should suffice.

.
ALWAYS TAKE THE MIDDLE LANE. It's important that you get the Ulti, Vendetta, fast in the game. Get good last hits, deny some creeps and trust me, you'll get the Ulti before the enemy know it. Fast cash is needed when using this bug 'cause you're gonna need these 2 items as soon as possible : an Arcane Boots and Dagon. That's the two most important things for Nyx. And again, that's my opinion.

Once you have the Ulti, try and get some fast cash, gank for some kills, hunt alone for the soft prey but be careful and be aware of enemy gankers. They're gonna want your head 1st in the early game. You're gonna be their top priority to kill in the whole game 'cause you're gonna be a pain in the ass when you're fat. That's how badass this bug is! Before finishing up the Arcane Boots and Dagon, just focus on the boot 1st. Get the Boots of Speed, finish up the Null Talisman and finally, finish up the Arcane Boots.

Boots of speed      Null Talisman          Arcane Boots

*For the skill build, just max the 1st skill. That skill gives a lot of damage, I tell you that!
*I'll show you my skill build at the end of this post. Don't worry, mates!

Now, once you're done with those items, get loads of fun killing your enemies and finish up your Dagon.

Just save up your money and level up this fucker to the max! And you'll get a kill within seconds with this combo, mates! Vendetta + Hit + Impale + Mana Burn + Dagon and boom! Got your kill!
And if you're in a gank trap, don't forget to use the 3rd skill, Spiked Carapace. That will stun your enemies whenever they try to hit you. When ganking your enemy with your team, make sure your Impale hits most of them, just stay behind and get some sneaky hits on them and don't forget the freakin' Dagon.

In the late game, buy some Heart of Tarrasque for some HP and make him not easily killed and after that, maybe some Bloodstone would do you good in the battle. Now you got more HP and more MP. Don't worry about your mana anymore if you wanna spam your Impale or Mana Burn or Dagon. Just let all hell break lose on the Radiant/Dire!

Now just win the game already, mates! You're owning them!
*And don't forget, have good coordination and communication with your teammates.

Oh, before I forget, here's the skill build I promised you before! For the other two item slots, just buy anything from the recommended list and you'll be fine. The four items I mentioned before are the IMPORTANT ones.

*Each little box indicates 1 box, 1 level increase.
*The U's indicates Ultimate and the A's indicates Bonus Attributes.
*Read is HORIZONTALLY.

That's all I got for now, mates!
Thanks a lot for stopping by my blog and I'll see you again in the next post!

*I'm afraid I won't be posting anything for a few weeks starting today because the final exam is getting really near and I gotta get my ass ready for it. Wish me luck and thanks a bunch!
